have gained a
Top 5 Finalist nomination in the
2005 Golden Guitar Awards
with their hit single
PLAY THAT SONG
Carter & Carter have been
nominated as a Top 5 finalist in the Vocal Group or Duo of the Year for
the 2005 Golden Guitars next year in Tamworth. The
song that has been nominated is PLAY THAT SONG their current single which
is the first track lifted from their 3rd career album due out next
year.
PLAY THAT SONG, a song about
the relationship between the song, the artist, the radio presenter and the
listeners is still climbing the national country airplay charts currently
sitting at #6 with a bullet on the Country Tracks Top 30. PLAY
THAT SONG (co-written with another Golden Guitar multi-finalist Michael
Carr) is available on a Enhanced CD Rom Single which includes the three
video clips Play That Song, Dancing Shoes and Lead Me Home. It is also one
of the songs that will feature in Carter & Carter's performance in
Tamworth on:
